Our offerings include (but are not limited to) Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), B2B platforms, Manufacturing software, and custom enterprise software solutions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • ✔ Refunds may be considered only for unused or unactivated software licenses.
  • ✔ Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
  • ✔ Subscription services may be eligible only if no significant usage has occurred.
  • ✔ Refunds for custom development projects are evaluated based on project milestones.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • ✖ Activated or deployed software solutions
  • ✖ Custom-built or customized software
  • ✖ Professional services (consulting, integration, training)
  • ✖ Renewal payments and add-on services
  • ✖ Projects where deliverables have already been approved

3. Refund Request Process

  1. Email your refund request with payment details and reason.
  2. Our team will review eligibility within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  4. Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days.

4. Subscription & SaaS Services

Subscription-based services (monthly or annual) are billed in advance. Partial refunds are generally not provided for unused periods unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
